Founded by Ruben and Gail Albert, Elite Off Grid Adventures (EOGA) was created from a deep appreciation for Maine’s wilderness and a desire to provide guests with a peaceful, private, and authentic off-grid retreat.

Ruben Albert, a retired military veteran and Registered Maine Guide, grew up exploring the forests, lakes, and landscapes of Northern Maine. His lifelong connection to the outdoors, combined with decades of experience in land navigation, survival skills, and wilderness living, has shaped the thoughtful design and functionality of each EOGA property. His passion for Maine’s natural beauty is reflected in every detail, from the location and setting to the comfort and simplicity of the accommodations.

Gail Albert brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate event planning, travel coordination, and hospitality. Her commitment to organization, comfort, and attention to detail ensures that every guest experience is thoughtfully considered. From preparing the property to anticipating the needs of visitors, Gail’s personal touch helps create a welcoming and memorable stay.
